• We focus on purchasing in Metropolitan submarkets close to job centers.
• We find our success in purchasing from motivated off-market sellers, who desire a quick decision and a smooth transition. We have purchased many properties with deferred maintenance and management issues and have successfully repositioned them.



• We understand that this is a highly competitive market, therefore, we are willing to offer an extra 0.5% commission for Off Market Opportunities to the procuring broker (up to $100,000).
