"Flats at Fitz are some of the nicest apartments I've lived in. Santia in the office is incredibly helpful and has been very welcoming from when I moved in. I had an emergency work order that I needed completed before I went to work today and it was fixed within an hour. The renovated appliances are brand new and high quality, the location is incredibly nice, and the community is very quiet. The parking is free and there's enough space for everyone, neighbors are friendly, and it seems well run and managed."

"This flat at fitz is one of the best place to stay in Aurora,Co. The office staff are very cooperative and helpful. The total area is cover by fence and the main doors are password protected. The neighbors are also good. You will get more sunlight from the window. The courtyard area is also nice and there is a sitting area available to sit with your coffee."

"I love it here it stays across from the children hospital and obviously not to far from anschutz medical campus for students. It's plenty around to get into. What makes it awesome is the landlord Santia. She works her butt off to provide for the residents anything they need and she has been second to none from the start. I am truly happy to be here and know I am covered by her an cared for even for being resident. She makes it worth the stay."

I would highly recommend these apartments.The Manager is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with everything going on with the tennants.Maitenance does a great job as well.The apartments are very clean and safe.!!!!!

Flats at Fitz. they were here for me and found me a lovely place to live and I believe they helped heal my heart the staff here are not like staff. They are like family. Lease Terms

• We are currently offering an 11-month lease term at the advertised rental rate.

*We also offer other flexible lease terms at time of approval. Lease terms are subject to change. Please contact our leasing office to discuss additional options.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community!

Pet Deposit:
• Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment with a $300 deposit per unit. This deposit is fully refundable upon move-out.

Pet Rent:
• Cat: $25 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 cats.
• Dog: $35 monthly pet rent
* Per unit, up to 2 dogs.

Note: If a tenant has both a cat and a dog, the total monthly pet rent will be $35.

Restrictions:
(Includes but is not limited to the animals listed below. Service/companion animals may not be subject to this list.)

The following animals and/or breeds are not permitted in, on, or around any apartment or common area. Animals not listed below but displaying substantially similar physical characteristics or traits will be treated as though they were listed. There is an 80lb weight limit for all approved animals.
Reasonable accommodations may be made for service or companion animals in accordance with Colorado laws.
